Travel Western Australia for the Young at Heart

Why visit Western Australia? This state, obviously located in the western part of Australia, has a lot to offer tourists.

For the young at heart, Western Australia has the Naturaliste Marine Discovery Centre Hillarys to boast.  Located at Perth City, this place is filled with wonderful and amazing aquariums you can check out for a small admission fee. The last time we went, admission fee was at $15 for 2 adults and 4 kids. If you have kids with you, I suggest purchasing the Naturaliste Explorer’s Guide for only $2. It’s full of activities that your child can complete as you walk through the place and required them to interact with some of the displays.

Top WA Tourism - The Maze - Bullsbrook

Also located in Perth, this is the best place to visit both for the young and the young at heart. If you decide to visit this place, make sure to allocate a lot of time as there’s just too many activities for you to get busy with. The Café Iguana is the best place to have your breakfast. It also features a giant chess board which the kids can play with while waiting for the koalas to come out! Please note that reservation is needed as a lot of people love dining at the Café Iguana.

The Maze also features a giant jumping “pillow” which the kids and the kids at heart will surely adore! It’s actually an inflatable big area where you can jump to your heart’s content. You know how you felt when you were a kid jumping up and down your bed? That’s exactly how I felt!

Top Western Australia Holiday Destinations – Exmouth, Coral Coast

Exmouth is one of the places to see in WA. Located north of Perth, this place is home to the world-renowned Ningaloo Reef. It also boasts of warm weather all year- round – who wouldn’t love that, right?

Aside from the Ningaloo Reef, you will also see rugged gorges and amazing wildlife at Exmouth. If you’re in for a little history, you can also visit the actual townsite of Exmouth where the Vlamingh Head Lighthouse is located. If you’re lucky, you’ll be able to spot humpbacks from the lighthouse too!
